The popular BBQ restaurant in Livonia is closing down for good just after the New Year, according to a social media post.

LIVONIA, MI — Boneyard BBQ in Livonia is closing down for good just after the New Year, the restaurant announced in a Facebook post.

The popular restaurant on Plymouth Road, a few blocks east of Merriman Road, will shut down for good on Jan. 7, according to the post.

The Dearborn Heights and Farmington Hills locations will remain open, according to the post.
