Tires Reported Slashed in Plymouth Township

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Plymouth Township Police responded Dec. 5 to Heritage Drive after a woman reported having her son’s truck tires slashed, according to a police report.

The woman’s son told police he parked his Chevrolet Silverado in the west parking lot of the Plymouth Heritage apartment complex at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 1 and returned 11 a.m. on Dec. 3 and saw all four tires were flat, the report indicated.

The man told police he doesn’t know who might have slashed his tires.

Police observed multiple puncture marks about an inch long, which police believe were punctured with a knife, the report indicated.
