Family offers $5K reward to find missing Samuel Anthony Serra (manisteenews.com) — Port Huron residents are being asked to help find Samuel Anthony Serra, a local man missing since December 2024, with his family now offering a $5,000 reward for information. He previously lived on 15th Street in Port Huron, was known in nearby counties, and was last seen driving a red 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
