Bob Seger Adds Palace Concert
Legendary Michigan rocker Bob Seger has added a concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

METRO DETROIT, MI — Michigan, Bob Seger really likes you. So much so, the legendary native rocker has added a Sept. 23 concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. June 9.
Seger will play the DTE Energy Music Theatre earlier in September. That show sold out in a matter of minutes, and the new concert is likely to do the same. Members of Bob Seger’s Bullet Club fan club get the first shot at tickets — meaning not many will left by the time the general public gets a crack.
Memberships to Seger’s Bullet Club are available through the singer’s website, bobseger.com, and begin at $15. Seger is billing the concert as his last at the Palace, but the statement is a little tongue and cheek because it is currently the final show on the books for the facility, the Detroit News reported.

The fate of The Palace hasn’t been officially decided, but there is the expectation Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena will replace it as the top concert venue in the area, the newspaper reported. The LCA is expected to host up to 75 concerts and other events a year, and has booked the likes of Paul McCartney, Kid Rock and Janet Jackson for its opening months.
