Large crowds descended upon Borden Park in Rochester Hills on Wednesday for an evening of family-friendly entertainment and a close-up view of Michigan's second-largest fireworks display at the 2013 Festival of the Hills.
The event drew a crowd estimated at just shy of 40,000 to the spacious park, with festivities beginning in the early evening and leading up to the big fireworks display.
