James Wins Reelection To MI's 10th District: AP
The district includes parts of Macomb County and Rochester-Rochester Hills.β

MACOMB COUNTY/ROCHESTER HILLS, MI β Republican Rep. John James won reelection to Michigan's 10th Congressional District, according to unofficial vote totals.
The Associated Press called the race just before 12:30 Wednesday when James secured 51 percent of the vote over Democrat Carl Marlinga, according to unofficial vote totals.
The district includes parts of Macomb County and Rochester-Rochester Hills.

James was first elected to Congress in 2022. He has served as president of a supply-chain management company and CEO of a logistics services company based in Detroit. He also served in the U.S. military for eight years, leading two platoons in combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In Congress, James serves as the vice chair of the U.S. Houseβs Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment and chairs Congressβ Subcommittee on Africa.
