Last Hospitalized Oxford High Shooting Victim Leaves ICU

A 17-year-old shooting victim has been moved from the ICU to a standard hospital room.

OXFORD, MI — Oakland County Undersheriff Mike McCabe confirmed to multiple news outlets Thursday that the last hospitalized victim of the Oxford High School shooting was released from the intensive care unit Thursday.

The 17-year-old shooting victim will stay in a regular hospital room for several weeks as she undergoes rehabilitation, according to McCabe.

The teen was one of the seven people injured in the Nov. 30 shooting at Oxford High School that left four students dead.

Authorities said Ethan Crumbley, a 15-year-old sophomore at the school, used a semi-automatic handgun to shoot at students while walking down a hallway at the school. He remains in police custody.

The other victims who were injured have since been released from the hospital.
