OCHN Releases Application to Participate

OCHN is seeking to directly contract with qualified providers for Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Private Duty Nursing to individuals with intellectual and developmental disability, serious emotional disturbance, and/or diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and currently receive services through OCHN in accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Medicaid Provider Manual.
