Rochester Police responded at about 5:40 a.m. on June 29 to the 200 block of Fraser for a report of someone trying to gain entry into a home, according to a police report.

When officers arrived, they found an intoxicated man, identified as a 35-year-old Washington resident, yelling at someone in an upstairs bedroom. The Washington man told police he had attended a party at the home earlier that evening and was staying in town with his wife in a home on Romeo Road.
