ROCHESTER, MI— Rochester has a new event that is bringing the community together for live storytelling with other residents.

The Rochester Downtown Development Authority announced the new event series this week: It's called Front Porch Stories and it gives residents the opportunity to hear great stories from some of the town's most interesting people. It will take place on the front porches of residents across the community.

The DDA is kicking off the series with one of downtown's well-known business owners, Tony Lipoma. He'll be sharing his favorite stories and memories of Rochester over the years.
