Rochester Hills Plans To Use $756K Grant To Revitalize Popular Spot

Rochester Hills was one of 48 communities across Michigan to receive funding in this latest round.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — Rochester Hills city officials plan to use a $756,695 grant to upgrade the Brooklands Plaza.

The improvements will include a small playground, pathways, bench seating, a calming water feature, community art from the Art on Auburn 2 program and more, according to officials.

Officials believe construction will be completed later this fall. The Brooklands Plaza is located at 1585 E. Auburn Rd. (east of Culbertson Ave., north side of Auburn Road).
