Rochester Hills Fireworks Show Is Wednesday
The Rochester Hills fireworks show is part of the community's "Festival of the Hills" celebration.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — After weeks of anticipation, the time for Rochester Hills’ annual fireworks show is here. Michigan’s second-largest fireworks show is Wednesday night at Borden Park as part of the Rochester Hills’ “Festival of the Hills.”
This year’s musical guests include The Rhodes Band and DJ Boji. The family activities are sponsored by the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority, the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Department and the Rochester Hills Public Library. Each year, the event draws approximately 50,000 attendees.
“If you’ve never been, you have got to check out our premier event, held each and every year at Borden Park,” Mayor Bryan Barnett said in a statement. “With food, fun and entertainment for all, there is sure to be something for everyone.”

If fireworks are your thing, Wednesday night’s show isn’t the final one in southeast Michigan. Metro Detroit fireworks shows, in fact, run until July 7 if you don’t mind driving a bit.
