ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A 22-year-old Rochester Hills man is facing charges after using social media to lure a 15-year-old girl to meet up for sex, according to local reports.

Valor Harrison was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting a child for immoral purposes. He was placed in jail and given a $100,000 bond. His next court date is scheduled for Sept. 5.

Investigators said Harrison reached out to the teen through Instagram and convinced her to meet up multiple times for sex. Investigators said the two did not know each other, but Harrison knew the girl was underage.
