Seasons Of India A Hit With Diners

New restaurant offers traditional dishes along Indo Chinese selections.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — Billing itself as a simple establishment with good food and good service, Seasons of India has drawn passionate reviews from diners since opening a couple of months ago. Located at 6866 N. Rochester Road just north of Tienken Road, Yelp reviewers give the restaurant an overall rating of four-out-of-five stars.

“Amongst the myriad of Indian restaurants in Metro Detroit with almost similar tasting dishes of late, this one unequivocally stands out,” wrote Vineet J. of Dearborn in an April 7 review. He gave the eatery five out of five stars. “I have been to their Weekday Lunch buffet and also their special Friday Dinner buffet. They definitely put in a lot of care and honest effort into their food. The Vada-Pav and Chicken 65 instantly reminded me home and my college days.”

Seasons of India serves a variety of traditional dishes, including tikka masala, curry chicken and curry lamb. It also has many Indo Chinese diner selections, including ginger chicken, gobi manchurian and chili paneer. A number of rice and noodle options are available, too. Deserts include rice pudding and carrot halwa, among others.
