The Royal Oak City Commision filled a position left vacant by the resignation of Patricia Capello at its Monday meeting. Commissioners unanimously voted to appoint former City Commissioner Carlo Ginotti to a seat at the table. Commissioner Dave Poulton was elected mayor pro-tem. More details coming.
