14-Year-Old Stabbed At Hotel: MI State Police

ROYAL OAK TOWNSHIP, MI — A 14-year-old was stabbed over the weekend at a hotel in Royal Oak Township, according to state police.

State troopers responded around 10:30 p.m. Saturday to the American Inn & Suites in the 11000 block of West 8 Mile Road, where they found the boy stabbed in the leg, police said, adding he was taken to a hospital for treatment.

“Troopers conducted several interviews and are obtaining further investigative leads on a suspect,” Michigan State Police said in a social media post. “The investigation is continuing.”
