A great singing officer or firefighter could fetch a $10,000 grant for Royal Oak's police or fire station.
Royal Oak Patch is gathering intel on the Royal Oak Police and Fire Departments.
We're hoping to assist Comerica Bank in its Home of the Brave National Anthem Contest that runs through Aug. 18. Comerica and the Detroit Tigers are looking for police and firefighters that can carry a tune.
One lucky hometown hero will be offered:

- 40 tickets to the game
- and a $10,000 grant to the winner’s police or fire station
