Mmm...Bacon: Ticket Holders Wrap Around the Farmers Market for Baconfest
Bacon lovers pig out at a sold-out Baconfest Michigan in the Royal Oak Farmers Market.
You could smell the bacon from a block away.
They had to turn people back that followed their noses to Baconfest Michigan on Saturday, as ticket holders filled the sold-out event at the farmers market and an adjacent tent in the east parking lot.
More than 30 vendors passed out samples of everything from butterscotch & bacon pudding to homemade bacon MoonPies to braised slab bacon to bacon baklava.
