If you missed Mayor Jim Ellison's State of the City address last week at the Royal Oak Women's Club, you can view the speech online thanks to WROK, Royal Oak's Municipal Access Cable operation.
In his address, Mayor Ellison discussed parks, public safety, the library and human rights—among other things. He also gave attendees a sneak preview of the city's new logo.
