
The Royal Oak Commission for the Arts summer concert series is set to begin this week. The first concert kicks off at 6 p.m. Thursday with student performances, and at 7 p.m. the main acts will take the stage. Local retailers will host fashion shows during intermission.
In the meantime, Wild Summer Nights is set to rock at the Detroit Zoo on Wednesday in the zoo’s Main Picnic Grove from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
