Prosecutors say surveillance video captured repeated inappropriate touching on a school bus, and a Saginaw District Court judge set bond at $250,000 with strict conditions limiting any school access. 
• Rx Kids expansions on hold (wnem.com) — Plans to bring the Rx Kids cash-support program for pregnant women and new babies to Saginaw are now on hold after state lawmakers cut $18.5 million in funding. Organizers say Saginaw’s health department was ready and local funds were committed, but expansion is paused while they seek restored dollars and urge residents to contact legislators.
