• Shop With a Hero provides $150 supply totes to families in Sanilac County (michigansthumb.com) — Sandusky families in need benefited directly from this year’s countywide Shop With a Hero event, where local police, firefighters, EMS crews, and schools helped provide $150 supply totes and full holiday meals. With Sandusky Police Department and Sandusky High School pitching in, the program supported dozens of residents and continues a tradition that has aided more than 1,500 people over the years.
   

• HS Boys Basketball Games : December 15 – 20, 2025 (sanilacbroadcasting.com) — Sandusky boys basketball hits the road twice this week, visiting Elkton-Pigeon-Bay Port Lakers on Wednesday and Memphis on Friday in a busy slate of regional matchups.
