Prosecutors said the incident happened between 10 and 11 a.m. on Sept. 22 at a home in the 14000 block of Crescentwood Ave. in Eastpointe. They said Williams kidnapped the 12-year-old girl while she was walking near his home. He then took her inside his home and raped her, and took explicit photos of her, prosecutors said.
The girl then ran from his home and went to a neighbor for help, according to police.
