Man Killed In Crash On Van Dyke Avenue In Macomb County: Police

WARREN, MI — A man is dead and a woman was injured in a Wednesday morning crash in Macomb County, according to police.
The crash happened at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday on Van Dyke Avenue near North Civic Center Drive in Warren, according to police.
Police said a man in his 50s or 60s was driving north on Van Dyke Avenue when he lost control and was hit by a Dodge Durango in the southbound lanes of the road.

The man was killed in the crash, according to police.
The woman who was driving the Durango was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
