Metro Detroit Weekend Weather Forecast: Mostly Sunny

Temperatures will make it feel like fall all weekend and will not get out of the 60s.

METRO DETROIT, MI — Technically, summer doesn’t end until Sept. 21. But the metropolitan Detroit weather forecast for this weekend is sure going to feel like fall as temperatures will not make it out of the 60s with lows in the 40s.

The good news is that the sun will shine all weekend. The only possibility of rain over the next several days, in fact, is Thursday. The National Weather Service says thunderstorms may develop after 2 p.m. and pegs the chance of rain at 70 percent.
