'Regency St. Clair Shores' Wins Approval

A skilled nursing facility will be built at 22700 Greater Mack Avenue, the site of a former apartment complex.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — A skilled nursing facility is coming to St. Clair Shores. Site plans for the “Regency St. Clair Shores” were recently approved by city council. The facility will be built at the former site of an apartment complex, just east of Greater Mack Avenue and south of Nine Mile Road.

“Representatives from Ciena Health Care were in front of City Council in July, but the motion was tabled until August so that council members could get a better look at the 20 proposed changes to the plan.”
“Included in the changes is the enclosure of two rooftop patios to make them into all-year activity rooms for residents to enjoy, said project manager Andrew Turbett.”
