Bundle Up! Cold, Blustery Weather Moves Into Michigan

Monday and Tuesday will be windy and cold with wind chill values dipping below zero.

Monday is expected to be a cold, blustery day in southeastern Michigan, according to the National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac.

Temperatures will fall throughout the day from around 30 in the morning to 25 by 5 p.m. Sustained winds of 21 m.p.h. are possible with gusts as high as 29 m.p.h.

Snow showers and flurries are possible all day, and wind chill values Monday evening could dip as low as -1 degree.

The high winds, though not quite as strong as yesterday, will be strong enough to down branches and trees, .

Tuesday is expected to be mostly sunny and blustery with a high near 20, a low around 17 and wind chill values as low as -2.
