Costello Elementary School Scouts Clean Up their School
Costello Principal Tammy DiPonio stressed the importance of respect.
Daisy Troop 70971 and Brownie Troop 74802 from Costello Elementary School came together on Tuesday, in an effort to clean up the Costello school yard, and trim and weed the landscaping surrounding the school.
The Scouts met with Principal Tammy DiPonio prior to the clean up in the media center to listen and learn about respect. DiPonio stresses the importance of respecting others and themselves, respecting authority, respecting property and respecting earth's natural beauty.
The event was coordinated by Sal Haji, Colleen Cudney and Erika Puszczewicz.
