I don't know about you, but I love paczki (pronounced "PONCH-key").

Last year, I got my first-ever taste of the delicious Polish treat courtesy of Knapp's Donuts in Rochester.

Yesterday, the American Polish Cultural Center in Troy provided me with my annual paczek fix (I highly recommend the plum filling!).
