Oakland County Police Blotter: Man, 22, Accused Of Sexual Assault
Oakland County Sheriff's Deputies said they responded to a sexual assault as well as a break-in at a school Thursday morning.
OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — The following information was provided by the Oakland County Sheriff's Office and represents incidents that occurred between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday.
Criminal Sexual Assault - Pontiac
A 22-year-old Rochester Hills man was arrested early Thursday morning after being accused of sexual assaulting a 23-year-old Pontiac woman, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office said.

According to deputies, 911 was called after yelling and fighting was heard coming from an apartment in the 400 block of Old Oak Ct. When deputies arrived to the scene, they heard active fighting going on inside the apartment and forcibly entered the residence, deputies said.
When deputies entered the apartment, they saw a man strangling a naked woman, deputies said. Deputies said they told the man to let the woman go, and when he refused they deployed a taser on him.

The woman told deputies that the accused was a friend of hers who had been dropped off at her home that night and began taking drugs, deputies said. When the victim refused the accused's sexual advances, he attacked her and strangled her, deputies said. The victim passed out and when she woke up she was being assaulted, deputies said.
The man was arrested and is lodged int he Oakland County Jail pending formal charges, deputies said. The case remains under investigation.
Breaking and Entering - Rochester Hills
Three teenagers from Rochester Hills have been accused of breaking and entering into Reuther Middle School Thursday morning.
Oakland County Sheriff's deputies said multiple tripped alarms coming from inside the school prompted deputies to investigate around 3 a.m. Thursday. When deputies arrived, they found two teenagers standing outside the school, deputies said. Later, a third showed up, deputies said. Deputies said the teenagers said they entered the school through a back window.
The teenagers' parents were called and a walk through of the school was done, deputies said. No damage or vandalism was found, deputies said.
The teenagers, two of which were 13 years old and one who was 15 years old, were released to their parents, and the investigation is ongoing, deputies said.
