Troy City Council meets at 7:30 tonight at Troy City Hall.
Troy City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Troy City Hall.
During tonight's meeting, the council will determine whether to from Recovery Spa owner Ok Suk An after an investigation by uncovered multiple ordinance violations at the massage parlor.
An, a Sterling Heights resident, has been charged with providing a location for illegal purposes, and two of her employees have been charged with prostitution, said Officer Andy Breidenich, public information officer for the Troy Police Department.

The council will also nominate individuals to serve on the Historic District Study Committee and will consider a special use request and preliminary site plan review for a proposed Kroger fuel station on the southwest corner of South
Boulevard and Crooks Road, among other agenda items.
