Death of Highland Baby Under Investigation
An 8-month-old was found unresponsive Thursday morning in Highland.
Deputies with the Oakland County Sheriff's Office Highland Substation were called to a home in Highland Township after an 8-month-old was found not breathing Thursday at 9:40 a.m.
According to the report, the baby was transferred to Huron Valley Hospital by ambulance and pronounced dead.
The report states that the Medical Examiner’s office was contacted and will be conducting an autopsy.
