Marijuana Plants Found in Foreclosed Home

The following information was supplied by White Lake Township Police. Arrests and charges do not indicate convictions.

White Lake Police were called to a foreclosed home on Eagle Road after a worker found more than 20 marijuana plants inside the home.

Lt. Don Nankervis said the bank that now owns the home sent maintenance workers to the home to clean it up and secure it. When the worker arrived, they found several marijuana plants inside the home.

Nankervis said the plants were all in various stages of growth.

The plants were all confiscated.

The incident remains under investigation.
