The future of White Lake-Highland is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Kellie Mueller, who are making a positive impact in and around White Lake-Highland.

Kellie, a 2024 graduate of Lakeland High School (LHS) in White Lake, has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and leadership. Recognized as a Commended Student in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship Program, Kellie placed among the top 50,000 students nationwide in the competition, highlighting her dedication to academic success.

Principal Libby Held praised her achievement, saying, β€œWe are all so proud of you here at Lakeland!”

During her time at LHS, Kellie was deeply involved in school and community activities, serving as Vice President of the National Honor Society, a member of the National Technical Honor Society, Link Crew, JOI Club and Leadership. She was also a standout athlete on the varsity softball team, exemplifying teamwork and perseverance.

Now a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kellie is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering. She will undoubtedly bring the same drive and passion that defined her high school years to her college journey.
