New Bar to Open Next Door to Dotte Pub in Wyandotte

Construction on a new bar and grill has begun on Oak Street in Wyandotte.

The bar is located next to the Dotte Pub. The two buildings share a wall. 

Building owner Rick DeSana confirmed rumors of a new bar coming to Wyandotte Wednesday. 

Construction workers said the bar will have a full kitchen. The space above the bar was said to become apartments available to rent. 

One worker joked anyone living in the above apartments won't have far to go to get home after having a drink at the bar. 

DeSana did not say when the bar might open.
