Wyandotte Business Seeks 'Random Acts of Happiness'
Drop into the Edible Arrangement location in Wyandotte, 2910 Van Alstyne St., and fill out a nomination form or go online.

We here at Patch firmly believe that people who go out of their way to help a fellow Wyandotte resident should be rewarded—and we aren't the only ones.
The Connecticut-based Edible Arrangements is holding a contest from Aug. 24 to Sept. 16 to find people who aren't afraid to help a neighbor with their Random Acts of Happiness campaign.
The Edible Arrangements location in Wyandotte, 2910 Van Alstyne St, is participating in the contest, as well as 14 other Michigan locations.
Entering the contest is easy.Â
- Wyandotte residents can visit an area retail store to complete a nomination form to recognize a local resident for their selfless good deeds, according to an Edible Arrangements release.
- Residents can also visit the Edible Arrangements Facebook page to download a copy of the nomination form and email the completed form to eaofmetrodetroit@gmail.com or drop it off at any participating location.
One nomination from each store will be selected by local stores. The winner will receive a fresh fruit arrangement the week of September 23.Â
“We want the public to tell us the stories of people they feel deserve to be recognized for their unselfish good deeds which brought happiness to someone else,” Vikki Hardy Brown, president of the Edible Arrangements Metro Detroit Group, said in the release. “We know people are making a positive impact and doing Random Acts of Happiness each day. We encourage people to pass it on and tell their family, friends and colleagues to submit nominations as well.”
