2-Year-Old Abducted, Apple Valley Police Say In Amber Alert

The child was taken by his non-custodial father, according to police. An Ambert Alert was issued at about 10:20 p.m. Sunday.

APPLE VALLEY, MN — The Apple Valley Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a 2-year-old they say was abducted Sunday night. The child was taken by his non-custodial father, according to police.

An Amber Alert for the boy was issued in the Twin Cities metro area at about 10:20 p.m.:

2 y/o Shannon Yusef Ingram taken by non-custodial father. Check media for info

The 2-year-old is named Shannon Yusef Ingram, and he goes by Yusef, police said. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
