Play For Patrick: 2022-23 Heart Screenings
Here is the heart screenings schedule for 2022-23.
APPLE VALLEY, MN — Eastview student Patrick Schoonover died in 2014 after he went into cardiac arrest during a hockey game, according to a post by the Patrick Schoonover Heart Foundation. After his death, it was found that he had several heart defects that didn't show up during his physicals, the foundation said.
The foundation now hosts Play for Patrick Youth Heart Screenings in honor of Schoonover.

- February 25, 2023- Saturday Medtronic-Moundsview

The heart screenings will take place 9 a.m. to 3:20 p.m., the foundation said.
