Dorothy Mae Boudewyns, age 86 of Apple Valley, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012.

Preceded in death by her husband, Frank, step-son, Frank Jr. and Sister Marcella Monda. Survived by her sons: Phillip (Barbara), Michael (Kaylin), Patrick (Martha), and Thomas (Sandy); grandchildren: Nicolas, Christopher, Andrew, Keegan, Molly, Elizabeth, Patrick, Ryan, and Vanessa; great grandchildren: Audrey, Elle, and Olive; brother, Wallace (Darlene) Johnson. Special friends, Sally Jarchow, and John (Bud) Hable, as well as other loving family and friends.

Arrangements made by of Apple Valley.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at Church of the Risen Savior, Burnsville. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church.

Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be forwarded to Parkinson’s Foundation, or Risen Savior Church, Burnsville.
