New: Pay Your Apple Valley Utility Bills Online

The City of Apple Valley now has an online system for residents to pay their utility bills.

Residents can sign up to receive bills through email only, pay their bills online, see their payment and billing history and check their water consumption history.

There are options for credit card or debit card payments, as well as to set up automatic payments each month.

Or, they can continue to receive paper bills, and pay by mail or by dropping off a payment at the .

In July, the Apple Valley City Council approved an agreement to set up a PayPal system for residents to make online payments.
