Philip R. McCarty, age 82 of Apple Valley, passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2012.
He is survived by wife Joyce; children Michael (Terri), Susan (Michael) Madden, Jeffrey (Karen Ann), and Matthew (Kori). Grandchildren Ryan (Brooke), Matthew, Erin, Katherine, Andrew and Michael; great grandchildren Ayvah, Izaiah and Brantley; sister Patricia Urban; brothers in Law Richard (Margaret) and Donald Weibel; also by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25 at Mary, Mother of the Church, 3333 E. Cliff Rd., Burnsville.

A visitation is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 at in Apple Valley, and also one hour prior to mass at church.
Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
