
Robert W. "Robbie" Disel II, age 31 and formerly of Apple Valley, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012.
Disel's hometown was Apple Valley, according to his Facebook page. His first duty station with the U.S. Army was Schofield Barracks, HI, with the follow on to Fort Hood, TX.
He was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife of seven years, Tabatha; his "children", Ralphie and Schnitzle; parents, Robert and Kathy; siblings, David (Shauna) and Nikki (Chad) Pattillo; nephews, Aiden and Bryce; aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and fellow soldiers, as well as mother and father-in-law, Pam and Jim Turpin; along with brothers-in-law, Kirk and Garrett Turpin; as well as both of Tabatha's grandparents.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m., Thursday, April 19 at Historic Fort Snelling Chapel, at Hwys 5 and 55 in Minneapolis.
A visitation is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the in Apple Valley, and one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Interment is at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
