The Apple Valley Ford dealership will be adding a new 20,800 sq.ft. building which will be their LINCOLN DEALERSHIP and service facilities (artist rendering above). FIVE CURRENT BUILDINGS WILL BE TORN DOWN. Those building are currently between Apple Valley Ford and BMO Harris Bank (see photos below). We spoke with BMO Harris and they were excited about the improvements being planned and understand the destruction/construction phase.
