Apple Valley Chamber Of Commerce: CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON NEW DINING & SHOPPING AREA IN APPLE VALLEY

For a few years we have reported that new commercial and housing development is coming to the gravel mine pit at Pilot Knob and 155th St, and construction of this area has finally begun. Many new businesses are being planned to be built in this development including a Lunds, Texas Roadhouse, Copper Pint Restaurant, Starbucks, Mister Car Wash, Chipotle, Sweet Treasures Pastry Shop, and many others to come.

We included a map from HJ Development (above) to give you an idea of the future look. 153rd street will eventually go all the way through and curve into 155th as shown on the map. The area we are speaking of here for these stores and restaurants is the area on the corner of Pilot Knob and just above 157th. Nearing completion is the Orchard Place 3-story townhomes just to the west of these new shops.
