Cowboy Jack’s Apple Valley as we reported last fall, is installing an addition which will feature a SMOKEHOUSE with architecture resembling a train car. We spoke with Tanner their GM yesterday and he said they will have the ribs, brisket and other smoked meats on both the menu in the restaurant and at a pickup window on the south side of the addition.
