Apple Valley Chamber Of Commerce: New Destination Restaurant Coming To Apple Valley
It will seat 230 and another 50 outdoors unless they decide to expand the patio further.
September 2, 2021
The owners of Misfit’s Collective in Apple Valley were approved by City Council to establish a second restaurant across the parking lot from them. The former Ruby Tuesday restaurant (pictured above and right), which has been vacant for many years due to lease terms fulfillment by the building owners, will become FARMER & THE FISHMONGER RESTAURANT by Spring 2022. It will seat 230 and another 50 outdoors unless they decide to expand the patio further. Eyes Wide Hospitality Group which owns 10 other restaurants in the southern metro area from Farmington to Chanhassen is excited to have two restaurants across the parking lot from each other.

It will allow customers to enjoy both on the same evening as both specialize in different themes yet both are so unique. Local fresh produced ingredients is their specialty while the new restaurant will rotate a menu which will continually change with specialized items from different regions and countries. They also plan to host musical events and other outdoor events in their joint parking lot between them from time to time.
