Apple Valley’s 414 acres of mine has 40 acres set for commercial development. ORCHARD PLACE at the corner or 153rd & Pilot Knob across the street from Target has the first phase opening soon. Texas Roadhouse, Starbuck and Sweet Treasures Pastries all have their signs up and will be opening as staff is hired. In addition, Lunds & Byrelys is awaiting City Council approval of their plans and would be located just north of the aforementioned restaurants on the corner of 155th & Pilot Knob.
