Pennock’s new retail center on the corner of 42 & Pennock next to Firestone and in front of Savers is complete. Today they were finishing the landscaping. There is ample parking and there is a drive-up window on the west side. Originally this was Liberty Credit and was looking at becoming a HyVee but they were not approved due to their footprint being too large for the corner, especially for future turn lanes. It is quite an attractive addition to Apple Valley’s downtown retail mix.
