Apple Valley Chamber Of Commerce: Risor 55+ Apartments In The Heart Of AV Downtown

Well under construction is the RISOR 55+ apartment living which Roers Companies said is for a place that “frees homeowner duties and allows singles and couples to focus on hobbies, pursuits and other joys.” It will be 172 apartments which even includes a golf simulator, indoor putting green, outdoor Firepit, indoor pool and underground parking. The county also paid $2.4 million in order to ensure 20% of the apartments are leased to affordable housing applicants. The project is 227,000 sq.ft. They expect to open in the fall of 2022.
