Fabric Town to Close After Almost 30 Years in Business

A clearance sale will begin Monday as the store owner prepares to close.

in Apple Valley will close after almost 30 years in business.

Owner Patti Peltz announced Friday on the Fabric Town Facebook page and via the store's website that she would be closing the store—located in the Time Square shopping center—and that a clearance sale would begin Monday.

The post also says the Kim Diehl workshop and trunk show scheduled for August will still happen.

"I want to thank you for your support over the years and will miss you all!" Peltz wrote on the Fabric Town website.

Peltz said Friday morning that the store has been in business for 28 years.
